Optimal Health

Optimal Health is a Health Promotion Program offered by your employer to assist you in maintaining good health or when needed, reducing your health-related risks. Check back often for health and nutrition handouts, and recommended health resources.

Although we can not diagnose illnesses or health conditions, we can help you identify concerns to discuss with your health care provider. Please contact us with questions.  Optimal Health Coaches are available during usual business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If we are not available, please leave a message and a preferred time for us to return your call. Email us if it is more convenient.

Enrolled Member Services

WebMD HealthQuotient TM (HQ)  A health questionnaire is the first step in greater health awareness.  After answering a series of questions, a health risk score will be provided to help you identify possible opportunities for lifestyle improvement.  This service is available only to persons who have been enrolled in the Optimal Health Program through their employer.   If your company is currently offering this program, but you are experiencing difficulty, please contact Optimal Health at the number below for further assistance. 

For persons enrolled in the Optimal Health Program individualized follow up is provided to assist in maintaining or improving health behaviors through coaching, education and medical self-care practices. We believe that optimal health is achieved not only through physical health, but also through a balance of meeting social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs.
