Optimal Health is a Health Promotion Program which may be offered by your employer to assist you in maintaining good health or when needed, reducing your health-related risks. Check back often for health quizzes, email programs for enrolled members, monthly health observances, and recommended health resources. Although we can not diagnose illnesses or health conditions, we can be a resource to help you discuss your concerns with you health care provider. Please contact us with questions.
Our Mission
It is our mission to assist individuals in the process of maintaining or improving their personal physical health behaviors through coaching, education and medical self-care practices. In the context of coaching, it is understood that optimal health is achieved not only through physical health, but through a balance of meeting social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs as well.
